More Info and RSVP:
https://actionnetwork.org/events/abortion-working-group-meeting-8

These centers take patients away from the care deserve and strip funding from real clinics that actually provide services.
Join us to see how we plan to shed light on abortion access in the state and how we are planning to protect access to abortion for everyone that we can.

Livable Portland: Peer-to-Peer fundraising workshop
Livable Portland: Peer-to-Peer fundraising workshop
August 11, 2022 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Looking for a simple way to plug into the campaign? Join the Maine DSA for a Livable Portland campaign for our peer-to-peer fundraising launch event!
What is peer-to-peer fundraising? At this workshop, we'll walk through a toolkit and cover the basics of relational organizing together. Peer-to-peer fundraising takes relational organizing to the next level: we'll discuss how to ask friends, family, loved ones, and neighbors to support the Livable Portland campaign by making asks for small donations. And then we'll make the asks! Think: a "GoFundMe" but for a campaign. Join the Maine DSA at this event to see an example of grassroots fundraising and campaigning coming together to build local power.
Members and non-members alike are welcome at this workshop -- no prior campaign or fundraising experience is necessary!
